Written Cancellation Policy
Cancellations made before 3 p.m. MT 24 hours or more prior to arrival date, will be charged $25 fee. Cancellations made after 3 p.m. MT, within 24 hours of the arrival date, are nonrefundable. NONREFUNDABLE SERVICE FEE CHARGED AT TIME OF RESERVATION. Holiday and Special Events reservations require a 3 day cancellation policy. Reservations cancelled before 3 p.m. MT 3 days or more prior to arrival date will be charged $25 fee. Reservations cancelled after 3 p.m. MT within 3 days of arrival date are nonrefundable. Holidays and Special Events include: Memorial Day, 4th of July 2-5th, Sturgis Motorcycle Rally, and Labor Day Weekend. ALL ADVANCE PURCHASE RATES ARE FULL PAYMENT AT THE TIME OF BOOKING NON-REFUNDABLE. TRAVEL DATES CAN BE MODIFIED 14 DAYS OR MORE OF ARRIVAL DATE.
Written Deposit Policy
Equivalent of one nights rental is due at the time of booking. Final payment is due 14 days prior to arrival. ALL ADVANCE PURCHASE RATES ARE FULL PAYMENT AT THE TIME OF BOOKING NON-REFUNDABLE.
